Here is a look at action from Wednesday on the Prep Baseball Report Colorado Scoreboard.

Daily Roundup 4/23

Summit 5 Glenwood Springs 4
The Tigers run their record to 11-4 and were led by Ricky Seltzer who went 2-4 with 1 run and 2 RBI.

Lakewood 12 Pomona 2
The Tigers bounce back into the win column and were led offensively by Braden Smith who was 2-3 with 1 run, 3 RBI and Ben Schechter who went 3-4 with 2 RBI.  On the mound Casey Thompson went 6 innings, giving up 3 hits, o ER and struck out 6.

Chatfield 10 Dakota Ridge 4
The Charges get the Jeffco win and were led Jake Carstensen who went 2-4 with 1 run, 4 RBI and Camden Lawhead who was 1-5 with 1 run and 2 RBI.  Bailey Collins led the way for the Eagles going 2-4 with 1 RBI.

Summit 11 Glenwood Springs 5
The Tigers get the sweep and were led by Thomas DeBonville who went 2-3 with 2 runs, 2 RBI and Andrew Shaw who was 2-2 with 2 runs and 5 RBI.

Grandview 10 Cherokee Trail 1
The Wolves get the first game of the two game set and were led at the plate by Riley Spriggs who went 2-4 with 1 run and 2 RBI.  Nick Morris took the mound and went all 7 allowing 6 hits, 0 ER and collected 2 K’s. 

Eaton 9 Valley 8
The Reds take their record to 13-0 and saw big days from Sean Carson who went 1-3 with 1 run, 3 RBI and 1 double and Dalton Lind who was 2-5 with 2 RBI.  Carter Chacon led the way for the Vikings and was 2-4 with 1 run, 3 RBI and 1 homerun. 

Lewis Palmer 3 Palmer Ridge 2
The Rangers win this battle of Monument and had a stand out performance from Paul Tillotson who took the mound and went 7 innings, allowing 3 hits, 0 ER and struck out 13. 

Cherry Creek 12 Overland 1
The Bruins are hitting their late season stride and were led by Dylan Cavey who was 2-3 with 1 run, 1 RBI, 1 double and 1 triple and Nate Sweeney who was 1-2 with 1 run and 2 RBI.  Nate Gill was on the mound for the Bruins and went 4 2/3 innings giving up 4 hits, 1 run and collected 6 K’s. 

Mullen 16 Smoky Hill 2
The Mustangs were led offensively by Maverick Handley who went 1-1 with 1 run, 3 RBI and 1 homerun, Jake Barr who was 2-3 with 1 run, 3 RBI and Joey Salvato who went 1-2 with 2 runs and 2 RBI. 

Pine Creek 19 Fountain-Fort Carson 3
The eagles collected 17 hits and were led offensively by Peter McEvoy’s 5-5 day with 3 runs, 4 RBI and 2 triples.  Wade Council added a 2-3 day with 2 runs, 3 RBI and Rhett Baldry went 2-4 with 2 runs and 2 RBI on the day. 

Eaglecrest 4 Arapahoe 0
A low scoring Centennial League game saw Tommy Johnson lead the way for the Raptors going 1-3 with 1 run, 2 RBI and 1 homerun. Spencer Hammond was dominant on the mound throwing a complete game 2-hit shutout.
