NEW PLAYERS TO WATCH:
Luke Kuberski, OF, No. 6 2017: Athletic build, advanced physicality, 6-foot-1, 185-pound outfielder, has  advanced overall strength with power potential in bat. Had a 91 mph exit velo at the Underclass Invitational in January.

Dylan Jacob, OF/3B 2017: 6-foot-2, 175 pounds R/R: Big upside best athlete in the school. Jacob plays 4 sports has a big time bat and can play multiple positions.

Every varsity inning pitched in 2014 returns to 2015

BOTTOM LINE:
Head Coach Brad Madden has now won two state championships with two different programs (Golden and Green Mountain. Madden and the Rams return to 2015 with a shot to win back to back 4A state titles. Starting with No. 30 2015 and Paradise Valley Commit SS Cole Shetterly. Shetterley is one of the top offensive players in the state. In 2014 he paced the Rams with a .455 BA and 38 RBI's. Another offensive force is No. 8 2016 OF Wyatt Featherston. Feathers was All PBR Colorado in 2014. He hit .438 also with 38 RBI's and leading the Rams with 8 homeruns, 12 Doubles, 49 runs, 4 triples, and 8 stolen bases. No. 42 2015 and Washburn commit RHP Josh Ramirez returns. Everyone should remember the performance Ramirez had in 2014 on the of the season helping lead the Rams to the 4A state championship by pitching 9 innings against Durango and Niwot. Ramirez was 11-3 in 2014 with a 3.62 ERA striking out 66 in 69 IP. Ramirez also will hit in the middle of their lineup bringing back a .337 BA. and drove in 27. No. 88 2015 RHP/OF Talon Schaller comes back returning a 5-0 record and miniscule 1.15 ERA in 42.2 IP.  Schaller also hit .413 in 2014 with 28 RBI's and 5 homeruns and 2015 RHP Trace Mullberry brings back a live arm and was 2-1 with a 2.85 ERA and 28 strikeouts in 19 IP in 2014. 2015's Chase Upson, Reid Effrein, and Anthony Martinez bring back 189 total AB's from 2014 and will add versatility to the lineup and on defense. The Rams are a very experienced team coming back for the 2015 season. They will be the favorites to be in the 4A state championship game.
