Arm is quick. Off speed pitches thrown at same arm speed as fastball. Slider is fast. Lives at 78 mph. Has some late depth. At the plate has an open stance, leg kick stride. Good lower half rotation. Swing is level through the zone but sometimes is slightly uphill. Good extension through the ball. Gap to gap power. Generated a 86 mph exit velocity off the tee. At 3B liked how his feet are prepping and moving pre-pitch. Showed good range to both sides, good glove to hand transfer, and showcased a 80 arm velo from 3/4 arm slot. Ran a 4.69 home to first.

A 5-foot-9, 140-pound right hand pitcher who has a smooth motion and delivery to the plate.  He slightly rotates away from the plate at balance and then sinks and drives to the plate.  He lands in-line with the plate and delivers from a high ¾ arm slot.  He finishes facing the first base bag.  He featured an 80 MPH fastball with late movement and a 72 MPH curve with 11/5 sweeping break.  He finished out his showcase with a 70 MPH change that was thrown with the same arm speed as his fastball. Identified with the best 3 strike approach at the UCI.
