Top Prospect Games: Stats Posted

The PBR Florida Top Prospect Games took place on Tuesday June 23rd at Lake Brantley HS in Altamonte Springs, FL. This event featured some of the best uncommitted 2016 and 2017 players in the state. A total of 36 players participated in this event in which the workout portion was ran in the morning, followed by a seven inning game in the afternoon that allowed the PBR scouting staff to evaluate the pitchers.
Today we’ll take a look at the top statistical performers from this year’s Top Prospect Games. A few players that stuck out were 2016 MIF Paul Benitez, 2017 MIF Jason Swan, and 2017 MIF Greg Lewandoski. Benitez ran a 6.76 in the 60 and threw 85 mph across the diamond, Swan ran a 6.78 in the 60 and threw 85 mph across the diamond, and Lewandoski ran a 6.84 in the 60 and threw 81 mph across the diamond. All three of these players also handled the bat very well.
