PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?
HOUSTON: I have received from Southwestern CC, Northern Illinois, Wartburg, Coe College, Central College, Briar Cliff U., Marshalltown CC, Missouri State, Southeastern CC and Upper Iowa.

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?
HOUSTON: The schools I’ve visited up to this point are Southwestern CC and Iowa Western.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)
HOUSTON: I am interested in schools with Ag Business or Agriculture classes in their curriculum.

PBR: What were some of your highlights during your junior year?
HOUSTON: The biggest highlights were beating Council Bluffs St. Albert with a walk-off double in the ninth inning, beating Council Bluffs Lewis Central in fourteen innings with a walk-off grand slam, and being selected First Team All-State in 3A.

PBR: What are your goals for this year?
HOUSTON: My goals are to be All-State again this year and make it to the State Tournament in Des Moines.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
HOUSTON: I played other sports up to my senior year; but am now concentrating on baseball.

PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?
HOUSTON: My ACT is a 20 and my GPA is 3.56.
