PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?
BECKMAN:  Heartland CC, Valparaiso, Creighton, Kirkwood CC, Wabash Valley CC and others have shown interest in me so far.

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?
BECKMAN:  I visited Heartland CC. Plan on playing throughout the fall and seeing who becomes interested after that in regards to more visits.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)
BECKMAN:  A school with a good academic program in the field I want to study and a good baseball program with great facilities and opportunities to go along with it.

PBR: What were some of your highlights during your junior year?
BECKMAN:  I was fortunate to play in some of the top showcases regionally and nationally this summer throughout the country. Also playing summer travel ball along with HS baseball was a good experience.

PBR: What are your goals for this year?
BECKMAN:  Ultimately I  just try to keep improving on the things I know I need to get better at and find a school that fits me.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
BECKMAN:  Football

PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?
BECKMAN:  ACT is 24 and GPA is 3.6
