Evaluation: 8/7/16- 6-foot-2, 210-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. Spread stance with heel lift trigger, short to contact, pull approach, very good strength, pull approach with above avg. power, 96 mph exit velocity. Fields tall, avg. glove, fields out front, avg. actions, stiff arm action, 77 mph arm strength. On mound; simple delivery, hitch and collapse at balance point, with OT slot, minimal finish and extension to plate. Fastball was 79-82 mph with slight run. Inconsistent shape on breaking ball at 65-69 mph. Heavy split action on changeup at 68-69 mph.

PBR: What schools have you been hearing from?
ZARR: Upper Iowa University, Grandview University, Truman State,  Southwest Minnesota State, Lincoln Memorial University, Central College, Cornell College, Coe College, Iowa Central and Kirkwood.

PBR: Have you taken any visits? Do you have any scheduled in the near future?
ZARR: I visited Southwest Minnesota State, Lincoln Memorial Univ., Grandview, and taking an official visit to Upper Iowa.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school?
ZARR: A school with my major of Sports Business and a school that I can make an impact early while competing at a high level.

PBR: What were some of the highlights of your junior year?
ZARR: Having a big game against Saydel in second round of playoffs, getting the home opening win vs. Pleasantville and pitching a gem.

PBR: What are your goals for this year? 
ZARR: Team goal this year is Principal Park and nothing short of it. Last 3 years we have fallen short in the last game and that’s not happening again. We have a lot of bats coming back and all our starting pitchers are back. We will be a dominate team next year.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
ZARR: I play football and basketball also.

PBR: GPA/ACT/SAT?
ZARR: I have a 21 ACT and a 3.5 GPA.
