Prospect 7, St. Viator 6 (8 innings)
After St. Viator scored two runs in the top of the seventh to tie the game, Prospect (24-5-1) won in walk-off fashion in the bottom of the eighth. With one out, Ryan Molini singled to left. Matt Nadler walked. Molini pilfered third and Nadler swiped second. With two out, Jake Cavallini sent Knight fans dancing through the streets of Roselle when he ripped a single to left plating Molini with the Prospect game-winner. With the win the Knights will face St. Laurence (13-2) on Monday at North Central College in Naperville at 10.

FENWICK

Nazareth 7, Willowbrook 2

Nazareth (21-11) scored five times in the bottom of the sixth to bust open a 2-1 game and roll past the Warriors and into the Phil Lawler Classic Elite 8 at North Central College on Monday at 12:30.The Roadrunners were led at the plate by Shane Gipson and Matt Wilson. Gipson singled, homered and plated a pair while singled, doubled and also drove home two Roadrunner runs. Chris Campagna picked up the win on the mound allowing one run and five hits in his stellar 5.2 innings of work. Campagna fanned eight Warrior batters.

Glenbrook North 8, Palatine 5

Crystal Lake South 4, Batavia 0
The Gators are back in the IHSBCA/Phil Lawler Classic Elite 8. Crystal Lake South (18-5-3), behind a five-hit shutout from Timmy Siessennop, advanced for the second time in three years, to the Elite 8.Siessennop struck out five Bulldog batters and walked no one. Nick Van Witzenburg led the Gator attack with a perfect 2-for-2 day at the plate with an RBI. The Gators will meet the Hinsdale South Regional champion at 1 at Benedictine University on Monday.
