No. 14 Harrisburg 17, West Frankfort 0
Harrisburg (20-3; 9-1) joined St. Rita at the 20-win plateau, with a five-inning victory over West Frankfort. With the win, the Bulldogs wrapped-up another SIRR-Ohio championship for their legendary head coach Jay Thompson.

In this game, Bulldog senior RHP Justin Younger fired a five-inning no-no and helped himself with a single and three RBI at the plate. Cody Hall had two hits and five RBI while senior Ryne Roper was 3-for-3 with an RBI. Junior Nick Davis chipped in with a perfect 2-for-2 day with three RBI.

Benton 8, Massac County 8

S. Illinois River-River-Mississippi

Anna-Jonesboro 5, Nashville 0
Red-Hot Anna-Jonesboro (12-5; 7-0) remained perfect in the SIRR-Mississippi on Tuesday. Wildcat ace junior RHP Tyler Vaughn (5-1), fired a four-hit shutout at the Hornets with seven strikeouts. Senior Alex McRaven was 3-for-3 with three RBI to lead the A-J attack. Senior Evan Hughey had two hits and plated the other two Wildcat runs. The win was the 11th in a row for the SIRR-Mississippi leaders.  

South Seven

Mount Vernon 7, Cahokia 4
Mount Vernon (18-5; 4-1) stayed atop the South Seven Conference standings, with the Rams eighth consecutive victory in  game called due to darkness after 5 ½ innings. Seniors Landon Thomas and Sawyer Harrison each tripled and drove home a run for the red-hot Rams. Senior Trevor Flota picked up the win to improve to 2-0 on the season. Flota had six punch-outs. Junior Thomas Weber nailed down his second save of the season.

Carbondale 7, Belleville Althoff 6
Carbondale (12-8-1; 4-1) kept pace with Mount Vernon in the South Seven on Tuesday with a heart-wrenching victory in nine innings, The Terriers were led by their junior C Mitch Lauder who had a perfect 4-for-4 day with two RBI. Junior Justin Hoffman chipped in with two hits and two RBI. Sophomore RHP Noah Thornburg (5-2) fire three scoreless innings in relief to pick up the victory.
