Stock Report: 2015 RHP Mack Rosman

Today’s stock report is on Mack Rosman. Rosman is a 2015 graduate of Fremd HS. Rosman is another Fremd product that has shown us a strong arm. Along with fellow Vikings Brian Jestice (2013) and Jon Escobar (2013) who have both reached the 90 mph plateau on the mound, Rosman looks well on his way to following those footsteps.Mack Rosman

Rosman is a 6-foot, 190-pound two-way player who projects well on the mound. His delivery shows rhythm while his arm works quickly out of a high ¾ arm slot. His fastball shows hard life to his arm side sitting at a consistent 86 mph. Rosman’s changeup is his best secondary pitch. It shows out-pitch-type action while being thrown with aggressive arm speed. Showing arm side run and command at 76-77 mph, it has all the makings of a plus pitch. His slider sits at 74-75 mph, while not as polished as his changeup, he still throws it aggressively with a purpose.

With a sturdy frame and advanced feel for all three pitches, Rosman looks to be a highly coveted asset going forward.
