Updated Class of 2015 Player Rankings

By Sean Duncan

Once again, Nick Dalesandro heads a talented group of prospects in the Class of 2015 updated and expanded rankings. Dalesandro made an impact as a freshman for Joliet Catholic Academy in many different capacities. He excels in several different positions, but on the mound he has a chance to be special.

After Dalesandro, the list of prospects isn’t from the typical powerhouse programs. In fact, players hail from schools that have never had a ranked prospect in eight years.  For example, Westmont SS/RHP Charlie Donovan, who is the No. 2-ranked prospect, and Elmwood Park RHP Joe Uvelli, who is the No. 3-ranked player.

Some new players who have seen their stocks climb include: OF Will Corn (Kirkland-Hiawatha HS), Lincoln-Way West RHP Steven Skolarz, Pontiac SS Neil Lambert, Stevenson INF Willy Bourbon, and Marquette SS Trystin Raikes, to name a few.
