The 2017 Underclass Preview Showcase is coming up on Sunday, October 18th at Grand Park in Westfield, IN.  Leading up to the event we will be highlighting some of the top players scheduled to be in attendance.

Player Name: Evan Huffman
High School: Southern Wells
Primary Position: OF

Notes: The 6-foot-2 185 pound outfielder ran a 6.94 60 yd dash at the Top Prospect Games in June. He possesses good hands defensively with fluid feet and a clean exchange.  Long, 3/4 arm action with accuracy at 83 mph from the field.  Offensively, hits from a balanced setup while loading back and using a short stride.  Displays good use of the lower half with good balance.  Huffman possesses quick bat speed with a good approach. Swing path is level and shows fluid rhythm in his swing.  Line drive type hitter with the ability to drive the gaps.  Recorded a high exit velocity of 92 mph off the tee.
