The Boone Grove Wolves, led by Coach Rollie Thill, finished the 2012 season with a 14-12 overall record. The Wolves were a game over .500 in the Porter County Conference with a 4-3 record. Returning in 2013 are six starters and four pitchers. 

The top returners for Coach Thill are P/INF Dean Hill, a 6-foot-1, 150 pound senior. Starting outfielder Cody Poynter is another senior who should contribute to the Wolves. Also returning are seniors catcher Jason Sawa and shortstop Jake Wright. 

Other impact players for Boone Grove in 2013 are juniors Caleb Narron (INF) and Jon Hogg (P/OF). The Wolves will compete with Washington Township, Hanover Central, and defending conference champion Morgan Township for the Porter Country Conference title
