Preview of Saturday's 2016 Showcase

On Saturday, October 18th PBR Indiana will be hosting the 2016 Preview Showcase at Grand Park in Westfield, IN. The event is open to all Juniors from across the Hoosier state.
Last year's Junior Preview Showcase included several 2015 players who are now committed to play college baseball:
+ Christian Beard, RHP from Roncalli HS is committed to Indiana.
+ LHP Jacob Brewer from Southridge HS is commited to West Virginia.
+ SS Clay Dungan of Yorktown HS is committed to Indiana State.
+ Paul Milto, a RHP/1B out of Roncalli HS is committed to Indiana.
+ Cody Mobley, a RHP from Mount Vernon HS is committed to Evansville.
+ Bailey Montgomery, a MIF from Vincennes HS is committed to Wabash Valley.
Saturday's 2016 Preview Showcase includes players who have already made an impression on the PBR scouting staff over the past year.
Zionsville Junior right-handed pitcher Jack Pilcher is 6-foot-3, 175 pounds with a fastball up to 87 this fall. Seymour's Janzen Bloom is a 6-foot-3, 235 pound righty that showcased an 85 mph fastball at last February's Preseason All-State Showcase. Bloomington South outfielder Isaiah Shake is an athletic 6-foot, 170 pounder that runs a 6.70-60 and was 81 mph from the OF.
Saturday' event is sure to reveal prospects new to PBR Indiana. In the upcoming weeks we will roll out position-by-position analysis complete with verified statistics and video of the event.
