Tall and athletic at 6-foot-4, 205 pounds, Sowers generates good power at the plate and has a strong arm. He also moves well for his size and runs the 60-yard dash in 6.9 seconds. Sowers always had Division I potential, but really tapped into his abilities this summer. His power showed up more consistently thanks to some adjustments to his swing. His bat and arm profile well enough for right field at the next level.
