KEY NEWS/STAT:

  • Senior infielder Brett Macary hit .420 with seven doubles, five triples and posted a .630 slugging percentage last season.

OUTLOOK:

Coming off a remarkable 20-1 overall and 14-0 CNC League Championship season, the Raiders must replace the majority of their starting line-up and pitching staff namely 4A All-State performers pitcher Matt Standlee and outfielder Blake Vail.   They will look to infielder Brett Macary, the only unanimous 1st Team All-CNC League selection in 2013 and a Pittsburg State signee, to set the tone along with fellow senior infielder Caleb Spangler, an Avila signee.
