Sherwin Salim. Last spring the second baseman led the Blue Aces with a .460 batting average and eight doubles. He was named to the All-City 1st Team at season’s end.

KEY PLAYER LOST
Oscar Silva, RHP/3B, 2014. The All-City, 2nd Team performer led East in innings pitched and hit .439 with a team-leading 22 runs scored and .579 on-base percentage.

2015 OUTLOOK
The Blue Aces look to make a move up the competitive Greater Wichita Athletic League standings with the return of three All-City performers from a year ago in seniors C/OF/RHP Corey Steward (.381, 9 extra base hits), 2B/SS/RHP Sherwin Salim and OF/RHP Jake Ewart (.418, 11 SB). Senior SS/RHP Lane Inskeep also returns after hitting .403 with 18 runs scored. Seniors Riley Baker and Andrew Dory are expected to make an impact this spring as well as junior Mark Hartley and sophomore Greg Sousa.
