Scouting Report: Mall is a 6-foot-1 165-pound right-handed pitcher in Kansas’ 2018 class.  Mall repeats his delivery, throws strikes, loose arm action, projects to add strength and velo with athletic frame and wide shoulders, fastball at 81-84 mph, one of the top velos for the event, late life, breaking ball at 68-70 mph, fastball arm speed, late 11-to-5 action, attacks hitters, good inning of work.
