Preseason All-State Showcase: Event Roster and Info

The annual PBR Kentucky Preseason All-State Showcase is set for this Saturday, February 13 beginning at 11:30 AM (eastern time) at Champions Baseball Academy in Nicholasville. As is typically the case, the event will feature players from all corners of the state with many top players in their respective classes in attendance. All told, 120 players will have the opportunity to showcase their abilities in the premier preseason scouting event.
This event has become a staple of our Preseason Showcases with nearly 40 college commitments (and more to come) from last year’s event alone.

Check In times for the event are as follows. All times are Eastern Time
11:00-11:25 AM– All position players
3:00-3:15 PM – Pitcher Only’s
PLEASE NOTE: This is a very busy time for Champions Baseball Academy, and a softball camp will be in progress before us until 11:00 AM. If you arrive before 11:00, there may be issues with enough parking spaces until the softball camp is finished.
Pitcher Only’s: If we are still in the position player portion of the event when you arrive, please be patient and we will get you checked in at the conclusion of the position player workout.
Players need to wear baseball pants, a hat, and bring their normal baseball equipment to the event. A numbered Under Armour shirt will be provided to you at check in. Gym shoes, turf shoes, or MOLDED cleats may be worn during the event. NO METAL cleats are permitted in the facility. If you have molded cleats, you may want to bring them and turf/gym shoes and see what gives you the best footing on the turf field. Turf/gym shoes will work well on the portable mounds for pitching.
Players participating in both the position player and pitcher sessions, including catchers, may want to bring a quick snack as we will have a little down time as we set things up for pitching. This is your call.
