Trevor Hammonds attended his first PBR Kentucky event last weekend at the Unsigned Senior Games at Northern Kentucky University and in doing so, left a solid impression.

The 5-foot-11, 180-pound senior showed good athleticism behind the plate along with the best arm strength of the 15 catchers who participated in the event at 78 mph on throws to second base.  Hammonds also recorded the top pop time of the event at 1.94 with a range of 1.94-2.03.

Offensively, Hammonds hits from a balanced stance with a short stride and showed the ability to hit the ball to all fields.  He went 1-for-4 in game play that included a line drive single to right-center.  In addition, Hammonds recorded a 4.70-second home to first base time and 81 mph tee exit velocity.
