Prep Baseball Report held it's mega-event, The Future Games, at Grand Park in Indianapolis from July 30 to August 1.  Here is a recap for the four players selected from Louisiana.

Louisiana Players

+ Blayne Enlow, RHP, St. Amant HS(2017)
A 6-foot-3, 165-pound right-handed pitcher with a long, lean, athletic frame. Clean, loose arm with an athletic, in-line delivery, lightning quick arm speed and easy effort out of a high-3/4 release. Fastball sat 86-89 mph touching 90 mph with life and angle. Breaking ball shows 11/5 shape with extremely tight spin, depth at 76-78 mph and showed advanced feel for the pitch. Flashed solid changeup with fastball arm speed, deception and late, hard fade action at 80-82 mph. Showed advanced pitchability working with outstanding tempo and mound presence, attacking hitters and putting them away quickly, especially on day two.

+ Rafe Schindler, RHP, Chalmette HS(2017)
A 6-foot-4, 180-pound right-handed pitcher a long, lean, athletic frame. Clean, athletic delivery with in-line direction, slight stab in arm swing and quick arm speed into a high-3/4 release. Fastball sat 84-86 mph with solid angle, life and command in two outings. Flashed an advanced feel for slider with tight spin, depth and deception at 76-77 mph. Commanded two pitches extremely well, worked with great tempo, and showed advanced mound presence.

+ Will Ryan, INF, Neville HS(2017)
A 6-foot-2, 179-pound shortstop and right-handed pitcher with an athletic, strong frame. Solid overall athlete that ran a 7.03 laser timed 60 yard dash. Quality defender with soft hands, quick footwork, quick and clean exchange with a short arm action into a mid-3/4 arm slot that showed accuracy and produced an 87 mph positional velocity. Profiled well at third base all weekend showing an advanced tool set at the hot corner. Right-handed hitter with an athletic setup, smooth load, slight leg kick, explosive lower half, excellent balance that showed a level bat path, line-drive, gap to gap approach and fluid rhythm in batting practice all weekend and produced an exit velocity of 93 mph.  Caught his stride on day two, going 2-for-4 including an RBI ground-rule double to straight away center. Right-handed pitcher with a long, loose, and quick arm out of a ¾ release with some effort. Rhythm was rushed at times, but showed level shoulders, in-line direction and landed square. Fastball sat 80-83 mph with occasional cutting action. Breaking ball showed 11/5 shape with late, sharp break and tight spin at 71-72 mph.

+ Jordin LaBruzza, Brother Martin HS(2018)
A 5-foot-9, 175-pound infielder with a strong, developed frame. Right-handed hitter that hits from a tall setup with balance, advanced rhythm, loose hands, barrel control, quality bat path, and advanced bat speed that produced an exit velocity of 85 mph. Went 4-for-9 on the weekend showing an advanced ability to handle velocity and quality secondary stuff. Showedextremely soft hands, actions, clean exchange, advanced instincts and solid arm strength from second base that produced a 76 mph positional velocity. Solid overall athlete that ran a 7.12 laser timed 60 yard dash.
