From now until the start of the 2015 season, Prep Baseball Report Massachusetts will bring you in-depth team previews throughout the entire state. If your coach has not filled out the survey please have him do so through this link.

Along with the team previews, the 2015 Team Rankings will be releasing sometime late February and we hope to bring a Q&A session to discuss the rankings.

Also, we will be releasing the preseason All Massachusetts Teams sometime in early March.

2015 Team Preview: Belmont Hill

  • Ben Wanger-RHP/1B- Yale- does both very well- 6’3/200
  • Jack Wilhoite-RHP/1B/OF- 86-89 on the mound, power potential at the plate-R/L- Bowdoin College
  • Colin Ward-RHP- quick arm 6-footer with plus BB- Tufts
  • Noah Levine-OF- Middlebury- L/L
  • Eric Rolfs-C/1B

Top Prospects in Class of 2016:

  • AJ Difillipo- 3B/RHP- can really swing the bat-L/R- led team with homers last year and went 6-1 on the mound. Ranked 29th in 2016 class.
  • Austin Masel-OF-L/R- coverage centerfielder who can track and shows power at the plate
  • Christian Faggas-INF- R/L- plus hands and can really defend- plus arm strength

Top Prospects in Class of 2017: 

  • Robert Cronin-MINF- R/R- plus defender who should develop well in the next few years
  • Peter O’Connell-OF- R/R
