November marks the final update of the year for the PBR Maryland class of 2016 rankings. This latest update has expanded the rankings to the top 125 players. It's important to note that players qualify for their respective state rankings based on the state their high school is located.

The top three spots remain the same with Matt Mervis, Anthony Felitti, and Elliot Zoellner. Brandon Martin of Westminster is our biggest riser in the Top Ten after jumping up five slots from the No. 9 spot to now settling in at No. 4. Martin had an impressive performance late in the summer and has sit 85-88 on the mound occasionally hitting 90 mph with his lanky frame and Martin also has shown increased command on the mound.

Risers big risers in the rankings include Matt Smith (Parkside), Damond Nixon (Archbishop Curley), Jordan Tapley (Smithsburg), and Patrick Lightner (Landon).

The next rankings update will go to the start of the high school season in March as part of our Preseason Previews.  Here is a sneak peak at the Top Ten.
