Middletown 9, Frederick 2
Nine different players’ record hits for Middletown and the Knights cruise to a 9-2 victory on Thursday.  Matt Lynch has three RBI and Kevin Gibson adds two more to lead Middletown. Danny Finn and Lynch split the game on the mound and scatter five hits while giving up two runs. Ricardo Pereira has two hits to lead Frederick.

Quince Orchard 5 Poolesville 1
Quince Orchard scores four runs in the top of the seventh to pull away and claim victory.  Orchard takes advantage of two Poolesville miscues to extend innings and score five unearned runs in the victory. Jack Ropelewski leads the way for Quince Orchard with three RBI. Kevin Childs pitches a complete game for Orchard striking out six and giving up only one run. 
Stephen Morningstar paces Poolesville going 3-for-3 on the day and Justin Souder adds two hits. Jordan Cissel gets the loss giving up five unearned runs with six hits and five strike outs in a complete game effort.

John Carroll 5 Loyola Blakefield 4
Matt Mcgee and Ryan Sheehan each record three hits to lead John Carroll to the win.  Sheehan added two RBI and Luke Schaffer contributes two RBI.  John Staab leads Blakefield going 3-for-4 at the plate and Rick Nickel and John Goska add two hits apiece.  

Taft (CT) 8, Bullis 7
Nathan Calem collects 2 hits leading the way for Bullis in the loss. Taft got an early 5-1 lead after two adding 3 insurance runs in the fifth which proved to be enough after a late Bullis comeback fell short.

Cambridge-South Dorchester 19, Kent Island 10
Dorchester collects 20 hits in the game.  Evan Fishpaw has four hits and Tyler Harding adds three to lead the team.

Jacob Wood and Kenny Polk combine for a five inning no-hitter with 10 strikeouts.
