With the latest release of the 2018 rankings, PBR Maryland looks at 12 of the top uncommitted players in the 2018 class. Before the Holidays we came out with part one and today we finish the series. Already four players in the PBR Maryland area of coverage have made their commitments to college. In today’s insider, we look at six of the top uncommitted players in the class.
