Michigan Top Ten Breakdown: Top Viewed Prospect Profiles - #1 Nick Plummer

Nick Plummer#1 Nick Plummer, OF, Brother Rice, 2015 (St. Louis Cardinals/Kentucky)
Background: Last year at this time we wrote an article about Nick Plummer and that "He Has Arrived". Since that time, Plummer was named the Player of the Year in Michigan, committed to Kentucky and was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 1st round.

The Numbers: The top ranked prospect in Michigan's 2015 class and 5th overall finished the 2015 season with a .500 average and scored 68 runs while stealing 32 bases and driving in 23. He also had 22 doubles. He ultimately was selected 23rd overall by the Cardinals after being a starter for Brother Rice for four years. He was committed to Kentucky, but signed with the Cardinals for $2,124,400.
