Player of the Fall:

Kyle JonesKyle Jones, RHP/OF, Warren De La Salle, 2018
Fall Report: Jones was not known to the masses however he exploded on the scene during the opening week of the Fall program. His smooth left hand swing with pop grabbed your attention with an athletic build. Until he stepped foot on the mound. As a pitcher he displayed a mid-80s fastball, deceptive changeup and one of the hardest sharp curves around. Jones will be a major factor in the 2018 updated rankings.

Position Player of the Fall:

Andrew GilpinAndrew Gilpin, 1B/RHP, Brighton, 2018
Fall Report: Gilpin was a hitting machine the entire fall program. He started the opening week off with a couple singles, that later improved into doubles and triples. After a while you started to anticipate RBIs each team Gilpin came to the plate as he would most certainly deliver power shots to the gaps. He was the most feared hitter during the fall program.

Pitcher of the Fall:

Andrew OehmkeAndrew Oehmke, RHP/1B, L'anse Creuse North, 2018
Fall Report: Oehmke has made huge strides since we first saw him at his initial PBR event. During the fall, he came out like a man on a mission. He started strong racking up multiple strikeouts in the initial week then continued to build. At times, it would have been fair to see fans hang K signs off the fence because Andrew was so dominant. The question wasn’t would he strike out batters, it became how many. In week 4, he struck out 13 batters. It will be interesting to see where he lands in the updated 2018 rankings.
