Aaron Leasher, LHP, Mount Pleasant HS, 2014
6-foot-3, 180 pounds with a long frame.  On the mound, the southpaw uses an over the top slot.  Minimal hip load.  Was able to locate all pitches, while showing some plus movement.  His 82-83 mph fastball offers some natural cutting action.  The 70-72 mph breaking ball features sharp 12/6 movement; best offspeed pitch.  Also used a 72-73 mph changeup throw with fastball arm speed.  Unsigned left hander that continues to show progression.

Adam Jeffrey, RHP/SS, Lakeshore, 2014
6-foot-3, 180 pound two way prospect.  Projects better on the mound.  The right hand pitcher throws through a high 3/4 slot with long arm action.  Smooth, easy effort delivery.  Tilt and topple type pitcher.  Features a 79-81 mph fastball that he consistently kept down in the zone.  His 66-68 mph curveball displays hard, late breaking action (best offspeed pitch).  Changeuo is still developing as it sits at 72 mph. Ran a 7.19 60 yard dash time.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balanced stance with short stride.  Tends to arm bar.  Showed linedrive ability in swing, while using a level swing path.  Reached a top exit velocity of 80 mph.  In the field, the long legged shortstop shows some fluid footwork, and a quick release.  Topped out at 81 mph across the diamond.

Adam Turner, OF/3B, Holt HS, 2014
5-foot-11, 180 pounds with a solid, athletic frame.  One of the top 2014 position players at the All-State event. Ran a 7.38 60 yard dash.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balanced setup with short stride.  Featured gap to gap ability with some power potential.  Plus bat speed.  Recorded an 83 mph exit velocity.  Defensively, he shows solid skills as both a corner outfielder, and third baseman.  Throws through an over the top slot with long arm action.  Topped out at 81 mph.

Al Smith, RHP, Jenison HS, 2014 
5-foot-11, 165 pound right handed pitcher.  Throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Displays some effort in delivery.  Features a fastball that sat between 76-77 mph and topped out at 80 mph; showed plus command with this pitch.  His 64-68 mph breaking ball displayed gradual 10/4 action with average depth.  Tended to slow arm speed with his 71-73 mph changeup.  71-73 mph splitter showed action much like his changeup. 

Beau Harms, OF, Wylie Groves HS, 2014
6-foot-2, 175 pounds with a long, thin frame.  Frame looks like it can add weight.  Ran a 7.39 60 yard dash time.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balance stance with leg kick stride.  Displays a confident approach to the plate.  Features consistent linedrive ability with quick bat speed.  Reached a top exit velocity of 83 mph.  In the outfield, he throws through a 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Topped out at 78 mph.  Footwork shows some fluidity.

Ben Finzel, SS/3B, Swan Valley HS, 2014
6-foot-0, 195 pounds with a solid, athletic frame.  Ran a 7.41 60 yard dash time.  In the field, he throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Topped out at 68 mph.  Features some softness in hands, and a quick transfer.  Projects best as a third baseman.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balanced setup with slightly long stride.  Showed linedrive type production with the ability to hit to all fields.  Strong enough to put balls in the gap.  Stride causes some timimg issues.  Reached an 86 mph exit velocity.

Brandon Vires, LHP, Anchor Bay HS, 2014  
6-foot-2, 185 pounds southpaw.  On the mound, he throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Max effort type pitcher.  Showed a tendency to land open.  Uses a 75-76 mph 2-seam fastball that features plus arm side run.  Plus movement makes it tough to consistently locate.  Still developing consistency with offspeed.  His 60-61 mph curveball shows 12/6 action.  Also used a 62-63 mph changeup thrown with near fastball arm speed.

Bryce Dickman, RHP/MIF, Haslett HS, 2014
5-foot-9, 165 pounds with an athletic frame.  Ran a 7.65 60 yard dash time.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a short level swing path.  Balanced stance, short stride.  Features linedrive type production.  Reached an 81 mph exit velocity.  In the infield, he shows some athleticism with his footwork.  Plays through the ball.  Topped out at 75 mph.  On the mound, his 76-78mph fastball tended to stay straight.  Used a 65-69 mph breaking ball that displays 12/6 action with above average depth; will increase effectiveness as he works on consistency.  Also mixed in a 71 mph changeup that features arm-side run; thrown with near fastball arm speed.

Chad Matton, MIF, Tecumseh HS, 2014
5-foot-11, 170 pounds with an athletic frame.  Ran a 7.62 60 yard dash time.  Shows some good actions in the field.  Soft hands.  Throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Topped out at 75 mph. At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balance set up with leg kick stride.  Offers a linedrive type stroke with level bat path.  Tends to cut off swing not allowing for full extension.  Reached a top exit velocity of 77 mph.

Christian James, OF, Lake Orion HS, 2014
5-foot-11, 160 pounds with a solid, athletic frame.  Ran a 7.55 60 yard dash time.  Best tool is his right handed stick.  Uses a balanced stance with short stride.  Displays quick hands while offering some gap to gap potential at the plate.  Showed well in BP.  Reached a top exit velocity of 77 mph.  In the outfield, he throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Footwork shows some fluidity while playing through the ball.  Arm topped out at 73 mph.

Ean Walda, RHP, Harbor Springs, 2014
6-foot-3,175 pounds with a long, lanky frame.  On the mound, he throws through a 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Smooth delivery with use of inward rotation.  Also, shows a good sense of direction.  His 78-81 mph fastball features some arm-side run; continuing to develop consistent command.  Uses a 71-73 mph breaking ball that shows gradual 10/4 movement.  Also mixed in a 68 mph changeup that displays some fading action.

Enrique Robyras, RHP, Woodhaven, 2014
6-foot-1, 165 pounds with an athletic frame.  Throws through a 3/4 slot with long arm action.  Smooth delivery.  Looks good in both the windup and the stretch.  Fastball tended to stay straight while sitting between 79-85 mph.  His 70-74 mph breaking ball features 11/5 movement; needs to continue to work on consistency.  Also used a 75-76 mph changeup that features some arm side run. 

Evan Carson, RHP, Crosswell Lexington, 2014
6-foot-3, 180 pound right handed arm.  Uses a slow deliberate motion with inward rotation. Throws through a high 3/4 slot.  Regular effort.  His fastball consistently sat between 75-76 mph and bumped up to 80 mph on a couple occasions; displays some occasional arm side run.  Uses a 61-68 mph breaking ball that features gradual 11/5 movement.  Also showed the ability to throw a 64-65 mph straight changeup. 

Harley Lang, OF, Lakeville Memorial, 2014
6-foot-2, 190 pound right hand hitting, outfielder.  Ran a 7.65 60 yard dash time.  Throws through a low 3/4 slot with short/ loose arm action.  Tended to field the ball in center of body.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balanced stance with short stride.  Tends to be a bit stiff with swing.  Level swing path with some linedrive type ability.  Reached a top exit velocity of 72 mph.

Ian Wright, RHP, Coldwater, 2014
5-foot-11, 165 pound right handed arm.  Throws through a high 3/4 slot with somewhat long arm action.  Delivery shows some choppiness.  Features a 79-80 mph fastball that bumped up to 82 mph multiple times.  Still developing fastball command.  His 66 mph curveball features gradual 12/6 break.  Slider showed average left to right movement while sitting between 66-68 mph.  Also used a 71-74 mph changeup thrown with near fastball arm speed.

Joey Trosko, RHP, Flint Powers Catholic, 2014
5-foot-11, 180 pounds with an average frame.  On the mound, he throws through a high 3/4 slot with long arm action.  Rhythm tends to be a bit choppy.  Features a 71-74 mph fastball with some sinking action.  His 11/5 breaking ball displays gradual movement while sitting between 60-64 mph.  Also used a 64-68 mph changeup that features some arm side run; tended to slow arm speed with changeup. 

Jonathan Hentschel, RHP, Midland, 2014
5-foot-11, 180 pounds with an average frame.  Throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Raw arm. Fastball sat between 86-88 mph on the mound.  Consistently kept the fastball down in the zone.  His 72-74 mph curveball shows gradual 10/4 movement.  His best offspeed pitch is his 75-77 mph changeup; the pitch features plus sink while being thrown with near fastball arm speed.  Would increase effectiveness if he worked on developing a slider.

Kevin O’malley, C/OF, Walled Lake Central, 2014
6-foot-2,180 pounds with an average frame. Ran a 7.88 60 yard dash time.  Behind the plate, the catcher throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Topped out at 69 mph and recorded pop times between 2.06 and 2.28.  Topped out at 72 mph from outfield.  At the plate, the right hand hitter uses a balanced stance with short stride.  Tends to arm bar.  Swing tends to be a bit stiff, but he showed consistency barreling the ball.  Linedrive type.  Reached a top exit velocity of 80 mph.

Michael Rinke, C/1B, Dryden HS, 2014
5-foot-10, 190 pounds with an average frame.  Best tool is his bat. Left handed hitter that uses a slightly open stance with short stride. Features some good bat speed with a slightly uphill batpath.  Offers linedrive type production with some gap ability.  Pull tendencies.  Registered a top exit velocity of 84 mph off the tee.  Behind the plate, he throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Recorded pop times splits between 2.09 and 2.10.  Throws showed consistent accuracy, while topping out at 68 mph.  Clocked in a 7.47 60 yard dash time.

Nicholas Schnur, MIF, Canton HS, 2014
5-foot-7, 172 pounds with a small, thin frame.  Registered a 7.19 60 yard dash time.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a short compact swing.  Displayed the ability to consistently barrel balls to all fields.  More pop then size would tell.  Reached a 76 mph exit velocity.  In the field, he offers some quickness in both transfer and release.  Some softness in hands.  Topped out at 69 mph across the diamond.  Projects best as a 2nd baseman at the next level.

Nicholas Strobel, OF, Petoskey HS, 2014
5-10, 145 pounds with an athletic frame.  Ran a 7.75 60 yard dash time.  In the outfield, he throws through a 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Average footwork.  Topped out at 71 mph. At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balanced stance with toe tap stride.  Contact type hitter that features some opposite field tendencies.  Reached a top exit velocity of 65 mph. 

Nick Andersen, 1B, Forest Hills Central, 2014
6-foot-2, 215 pounds with a solid frame.  Ran a 7.50 60 yard dash.  Right handed hitter offers some power with slightly uphill bat path.  Balanced stance with long stride.  Continuing to develop consistency.  Reached a top exit velocity of 84 mph.  At first, he throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Plays through the ball, and features some quickness in transfer.  Solid accurate arm that topped out at 80 mph.

Nick Kamrada, RHP, Grand Ledge HS, 2014
6-foot-2, 210 pound projectable right handed arm.  Big body that throws through a high 3/4 slot with loose arm action.  Ball shows some nice jump out of hand as he features an 83-86 fastball; also showed some good command.  His 72-73 breaking ball displays sharp, late breaking slurvy like movement.  Changeup is continuing to develop; sits at 79 mph while being thrown with fastball arm speed.

Preston Smith, 3B, Bloomfield Hills, 2014
6-foot-0, 220 pounds with a thick frame.  Ran a 7.60 60 yard dash time.  Solid defensive third baseman.  Throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action, while topping out at 72 mph.  Showed softness in hands with a quick exchange/release.   The right handed hitter uses a relaxed narrow stance with long stride.  Swing shows some fluidity while creating linedrive production.  Can increase lower half usage, as his back leg tends to stay stiff.  Reached an exit velocity of 86 mph off the tee.

Ronnie Williams III, C/OF, Grosse Pointe South HS, 2014
6-foot-0, 200 pounds with a strong frame.  Behind the plate, he displays a quick arm while throwing through an over the top slot with short arm action.  Recorded pop time splits between 2.08 and 2.19. Reached a top arm velocity of 72 mph on throws.  At the plate, he uses a slightly open stance with short stride.  Lower half usage allows for the ball to jump off his bat.  Consistently barreled balls showing some gap to gap power potential.  Reached an impressive exit velocity of 90 mph off the tee.  Ran a 7.22 60 yard dash time. 

Ryan Mock, 1B, Coldwater HS, 2014
6-foot-3,220 pounds with a thick frame.  Ran an 8.13 60 yard dash time.  The right hand hitter uses a balanced stance with long stride.  Consistently barreled pitches while using a slightly uphill bat path.  Offers some occasional power.  Reached a top exit velocity of 80 mph.  In the infield, he throws through a 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Continuing to improve footwork and lateral mobility.  Topped out at 70 mph across the diamond. 

Steven Marowski, 3B/RHP, Farmington Hills Harrison HS, 2014
5-foot-9 190 pounds with a thick frame.  Projects best as a third baseman at the next level.  Ran a 7.97 60 yard dash time.  At third base, he shows average hands.  Continuing to improve later quickness.  Topped out at 70 mph.  Best tool is his bat.  At the plate, the right hand hitter uses a compact uphill swing.  Balanced stance, short stride.  Able to create some substantial power with sufficient use of his lower half.  Reached a top exit velocity of 83 mph.  On the mound, the right hander throws through a high 3/4 slot with long arm action.  Used a straight 70-73 mph fastball.  His 61-62 mph breaking ball features 11/5 movement.  Best offspeed pitch is his 62-64 mph changeup; displays plus fading action. 

Tyler Waslawski, RHP/MIF, Traverse City St Francis HS, 2014
5-foot-10, 175 pound two way player.  On the mound, the right hander throws through a high 3/4 slot with long arm action.  Some rhythm in delivery.  Regular effort.  His 78-80 mph fastball tended to stay straight. Offers two different breaking balls.  The 11/5 curveball sits between 62-63 and features above average depth.  68-70 mph slider.  Also showed plus command of his 68-71 mph changeup.  Ran a 7.40 60 yard dash time.  In the field, he topped out at 73 mph.  Clean exchange.  Tended to field the ball deep.  The right handed hitter uses a toe tap stride with balanced set up.  Tends to arm bar.  Showed some linedrive ability but needs to continue to work on consistency.  Top exit velocity of 83 mph.

Westen Price, OF, Canton HS, 2014
5-foot-9 160 pounds with an athletic frame.  Displays some nice tools.  Clocked in a 6.79 60 yard dash time.  In the outfield, his best tool is his arm.  Throws through a high 3/4 slot with somewhat loose arm action, and ended up topping out at 86 mph.  At the plate, the left handed hitter uses an upright stance with short stride.  Slap type hitter that showed some consistent linedrive ability. Needs to work on increasing lower half usage.  Reached a top exit velocity of 67 mph.

6-foot-2, 210 pound projectable right handed arm.  Big body that throws through a high 3/4 slot with loose arm action.  Ball shows some nice jump out of hand as he features an 83-86 fastball; also showed some good command.  His 72-73 breaking ball displays sharp, late breaking slurvy like movement.  Changeup is continuing to develop; sits at 79 mph while being thrown with fastball arm speed.

Preston Smith, 3B, Bloomfield Hills, 2014

6-foot-0, 220 pounds with a thick frame.  Ran a 7.60 60 yard dash time.  Solid defensive third baseman.  Throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action, while topping out at 72 mph.  Showed softness in hands with a quick exchange/release.   The right handed hitter uses a relaxed narrow stance with long stride.  Swing shows some fluidity while creating linedrive production.  Can increase lower half usage, as his back leg tends to stay stiff.  Reached an exit velocity of 86 mph off the tee.

Ronnie Williams III, C/OF, Grosse Pointe South HS, 2014

6-foot-0, 200 pounds with a strong frame.  Behind the plate, he displays a quick arm while throwing through an over the top slot with short arm action.  Recorded pop time splits between 2.08 and 2.19. Reached a top arm velocity of 72 mph on throws.  At the plate, he uses a slightly open stance with short stride.  Lower half usage allows for the ball to jump off his bat.  Consistently barreled balls showing some gap to gap power potential.  Reached an impressive exit velocity of 90 mph off the tee.  Ran a 7.22 60 yard dash time. 

Ryan Mock, 1B, Coldwater HS, 2014

6-foot-3,220 pounds with a thick frame.  Ran an 8.13 60 yard dash time.  The right hand hitter uses a balanced stance with long stride.  Consistently barreled pitches while using a slightly uphill bat path.  Offers some occasional power.  Reached a top exit velocity of 80 mph.  In the infield, he throws through a 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Continuing to improve footwork and lateral mobility.  Topped out at 70 mph across the diamond. 

Steven Marowski, 3B/RHP, Farmington Hills Harrison HS, 2014

5-foot-9 190 pounds with a thick frame.  Projects best as a third baseman at the next level.  Ran a 7.97 60 yard dash time.  At third base, he shows average hands.  Continuing to improve later quickness.  Topped out at 70 mph.  Best tool is his bat.  At the plate, the right hand hitter uses a compact uphill swing.  Balanced stance, short stride.  Able to create some substantial power with sufficient use of his lower half.  Reached a top exit velocity of 83 mph.  On the mound, the right hander throws through a high 3/4 slot with long arm action.  Used a straight 70-73 mph fastball.  His 61-62 mph breaking ball features 11/5 movement.  Best offspeed pitch is his 62-64 mph changeup; displays plus fading action. 

Tyler Waslawski, RHP/MIF, Traverse City St Francis HS, 2014

5-foot-10, 175 pound two way player.  On the mound, the right hander throws through a high 3/4 slot with long arm action.  Some rhythm in delivery.  Regular effort.  His 78-80 mph fastball tended to stay straight.  Offers two different breaking balls.  The 11/5 curveball sits between 62-63 and features above average depth.  68-70 mph slider.  Also showed plus command of his 68-71 mph changeup.  Ran a 7.40 60 yard dash time.  In the field, he topped out at 73 mph.  Clean exchange.  Tended to field the ball deep.  The right handed hitter uses a toe tap stride with balanced set up.  Tends to arm bar.  Showed some linedrive ability but needs to continue to work on consistency.  Top exit velocity of 83 mph.

Westen Price, OF, Canton HS, 2014

5-foot-9 160 pounds with an athletic frame.  Displays some nice tools.  Clocked in a 6.79 60 yard dash time.  In the outfield, his best tool is his arm.  Ended up topping out at 86 mph.  At the plate, the left handed hitter uses an upright stance with short stride.  Slap type hitter that showed some consistent linedrive ability.  Needs to work on increasing lower half usage.  Reached a top exit velocity of 67 mph.

 

Aaron Leasher, LHP, Mount Pleasant HS, 2014

6-foot-3, 180 pounds with a long frame.  On the mound, the southpaw uses an over the top slot.  Minimal hip load.  Was able to locate all pitches, while showing some plus movement.  His 82-83 mph fastball offers some natural cutting action.  The 70-72 mph breaking ball features sharp 12/6 movement; best offspeed pitch.  Also used a 72-73 mph changeup throw with fastball arm speed.  Unsigned left hander that continues to show progression.

Adam Jeffrey, RHP/SS, Lakeshore, 2014

6-foot-3, 180 pound two way prospect.  Projects better on the mound.  The right hand pitcher throws through a high 3/4 slot with long arm action.  Smooth, easy effort delivery.  Tilt and topple type pitcher.  Features a 79-81 mph fastball that he consistently kept down in the zone.  His 66-68 mph curveball displays hard, late breaking action (best offspeed pitch).  Changeuo is still developing as it sits at 72 mph. Ran a 7.19 60 yard dash time.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balanced stance with short stride.  Tends to arm bar.  Showed linedrive ability in swing, while using a level swing path.  Reached a top exit velocity of 80 mph.  In the field, the long legged shortstop shows some fluid footwork, and a quick release.  Topped out at 81 mph across the diamond.

Adam Turner, OF/3B, Holt HS, 2014

5-foot-11, 180 pounds with a solid, athletic frame.  One of the top 2014 position players at the All-State event. Ran a 7.38 60 yard dash.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balanced setup with short stride.  Featured gap to gap ability with some power potential.  Plus bat speed.  Recorded an 83 mph exit velocity.  Defensively, he shows solid skills as both a corner outfielder, and third baseman.  Throws through an over the top slot with long arm action.  Topped out at 81 mph.

Al Smith, RHP, Jenison HS, 2014 

5-foot-11, 165 pound right handed pitcher.  Throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Displays some effort in delivery.  Features a fastball that sat between 76-77 mph and topped out at 80 mph; showed plus command with this pitch.  His 64-68 mph breaking ball displayed gradual 10/4 action with average depth.  Tended to slow arm speed with his 71-73 mph changeup.  71-73 mph splitter showed action much like his changeup. 

Beau Harms, OF, Wylie Groves HS, 2014

6-foot-2, 175 pounds with a long, thin frame.  Frame looks like it can add weight.  Ran a 7.39 60 yard dash time.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balance stance with leg kick stride.  Displays a confident approach to the plate.  Features consistent linedrive ability with quick bat speed.  Reached a top exit velocity of 83 mph.  In the outfield, he throws through a 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Topped out at 78 mph.  Footwork shows some fluidity.

Ben Finzel, SS/3B, Swan Valley HS, 2014

6-foot-0, 195 pounds with a solid, athletic frame.  Ran a 7.41 60 yard dash time.  In the field, he throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Topped out at 68 mph.  Features some softness in hands, and a quick transfer.  Projects best as a third baseman.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balanced setup with slightly long stride.  Showed linedrive type production with the ability to hit to all fields.  Strong enough to put balls in the gap.  Stride causes some timimg issues.  Reached an 86 mph exit velocity.

Brandon Vires, LHP, Anchor Bay HS, 2014  

6-foot-2, 185 pounds southpaw.  On the mound, he throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Max effort type pitcher.  Showed a tendency to land open.  Uses a 75-76 mph 2-seam fastball that features plus arm side run.  Plus movement makes it tough to consistently locate.  Still developing consistency with offspeed.  His 60-61 mph curveball shows 12/6 action.  Also used a 62-63 mph changeup thrown with near fastball arm speed.

Bryce Dickman, RHP/MIF, Haslett HS, 2014

5-foot-9, 165 pounds with an athletic frame.  Ran a 7.65 60 yard dash time.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a short level swing path.  Balanced stance, short stride.  Features linedrive type production.  Reached an 81 mph exit velocity.  In the infield, he shows some athleticism with his footwork.  Plays through the ball.  Topped out at 75 mph.  On the mound, his 76-78mph fastball tended to stay straight.  Used a 65-69 mph breaking ball that displays 12/6 action with above average depth; will increase effectiveness as he works on consistency.  Also mixed in a 71 mph changeup that features arm-side run; thrown with near fastball arm speed.

Chad Matton, MIF, Tecumseh HS, 2014

5-foot-11, 170 pounds with an athletic frame.  Ran a 7.62 60 yard dash time.  Shows some good actions in the field.  Soft hands.  Throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Topped out at 75 mph. At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balance set up with leg kick stride.  Offers a linedrive type stroke with level bat path.  Tends to cut off swing not allowing for full extension.  Reached a top exit velocity of 77 mph.

Christian James, OF, Lake Orion HS, 2014

5-foot-11, 160 pounds with a solid, athletic frame.  Ran a 7.55 60 yard dash time.  Best tool is his right handed stick.  Uses a balanced stance with short stride.  Displays quick hands while offering some gap to gap potential at the plate.  Showed well in BP.  Reached a top exit velocity of 77 mph.  In the outfield, he throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Footwork shows some fluidity while playing through the ball.  Arm topped out at 73 mph.

Ean Walda, RHP, Harbor Springs, 2014

6-foot-3,175 pounds with a long, lanky frame.  On the mound, he throws through a 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Smooth delivery with use of inward rotation.  Also, shows a good sense of direction.  His 78-81 mph fastball features some arm-side run; continuing to develop consistent command.  Uses a 71-73 mph breaking ball that shows gradual 10/4 movement.  Also mixed in a 68 mph changeup that displays some fading action.

Enrique Robyras, RHP, Woodhaven, 2014

6-foot-1, 165 pounds with an athletic frame.  Throws through a 3/4 slot with long arm action.  Smooth delivery.  Looks good in both the windup and the stretch.  Fastball tended to stay straight while sitting between 78-84 mph.  His 70-74 mph breaking ball features 11/5 movement; needs to continue to work on consistency.  Also used a 75-76 mph changeup that features some arm side run. 

Evan Carson, RHP, Crosswell Lexington, 2014

6-foot-3, 180 pound right handed arm.  Uses a slow deliberate motion with inward rotation. Throws through a high 3/4 slot.  Regular effort.  His fastball consistently sat between 75-76 mph and bumped up to 80 mph on a couple occasions; displays some occasional arm side run.  Uses a 61-68 mph breaking ball that features gradual 11/5 movement.  Also showed the ability to throw a 64-65 mph straight changeup. 

Harley Lang, OF, Lakeville Memorial, 2014

6-foot-2, 190 pound right hand hitting, outfielder.  Ran a 7.65 60 yard dash time.  Throws through a low 3/4 slot with short/ loose arm action.  Tended to field the ball in center of body.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balanced stance with short stride.  Tends to be a bit stiff with swing.  Level swing path with some linedrive type ability.  Reached a top exit velocity of 72 mph.

Ian Wright, RHP, Coldwater, 2014

5-foot-11, 165 pound right handed arm.  Throws through a high 3/4 slot with somewhat long arm action.  Delivery shows some choppiness.  Features a 79-80 mph fastball that bumped up to 82 mph multiple times.  Still developing fastball command.  His 66 mph curveball features gradual 12/6 break.  Slider showed average left to right movement while sitting between 66-68 mph.  Also used a 71-74 mph changeup thrown with near fastball arm speed.

Joey Trosko, RHP, Flint Powers Catholic, 2014

5-foot-11, 180 pounds with an average frame.  On the mound, he throws through a high 3/4 slot with long arm action.  Rhythm tends to be a bit choppy.  Features a 71-74 mph fastball with some sinking action.  His 11/5 breaking ball displays gradual movement while sitting between 60-64 mph.  Also used a 64-68 mph changeup that features some arm side run; tended to slow arm speed with changeup. 

Jonathan Hentschel, RHP, Midland, 2014

5-foot-11, 180 pounds with an average frame.  Throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Raw arm. Fastball sat between 86-88 mph on the mound.  Consistently kept the fastball down in the zone.  His 72-74 mph curveball shows gradual 10/4 movement.  His best offspeed pitch is his 75-77 mph changeup; the pitch features plus sink while being thrown with near fastball arm speed.  Would increase effectiveness if he worked on developing a slider.

Kevin O’malley, C/OF, Walled Lake Central, 2014

6-foot-2,180 pounds with an average frame. Ran a 7.88 60 yard dash time.  Behind the plate, the catcher throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Topped out at 69 mph and recorded pop times between 2.06 and 2.28.  Topped out at 72 mph from outfield.  At the plate, the right hand hitter uses a balanced stance with short stride.  Tends to arm bar.  Swing tends to be a bit stiff, but he showed consistency barreling the ball.  Linedrive type.  Reached a top exit velocity of 80 mph.
