Evaluation:  6/20/16- 6-foot-3, 200-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. Tall physical infielder that should continue to add strength. Quality set-up, short to contact, mid/pull approach, and consistently squares baseball with authority. 91 mph exit velocity. Good footwork with clean exchanges. Appropriate routes and angles; plays through ball. 82 mph arm strength with carry and accuracy to bag. Ideal frame on mound. Long clean arm action with good extension to plate. Shows arm-side life on fastball at 80-84 mph. 12/6 breaking ball with solid shape and feel for zone. Flat action on changeup for strikes.

PBR: What schools have you been hearing from?
PLOOF: UW-Lacrosse, Wayne State, St. Scholastica, Minnesota, North Dakota State, U. of Sioux Falls, Iowa Central CC, Upper Iowa, and Southwestern CC.

PBR: Have you taken any visits? Do you have any scheduled in the near future?
PLOOF: I have 2 scheduled official visits.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)
PLOOF: Right now I have an interest in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or a Sports Management program.

PBR: What were some of the highlights of your junior year?
PLOOF: Finishing in the top ten in the state in RBI’s, All-Conference, going to Tennessee and Georgia for baseball tournaments with the Minnesota Blizzard.

PBR: What are your goals for this year? 
PLOOF: Being the best player/ teammate I can be. Make the All-State team.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
PLOOF: I train with Cody Beam throughout the off-season.

PBR: GPA/ACT/SAT?
PLOOF: I have a 3.01 GPA and an 18 ACT; which I am planning on re-taking.
