PBR: What schools have you been hearing from?
OCH: I’ve heard from Xavier, Cal Poly, VCU, Santa Clara, North Dakota State, Minnesota State, St. Cloud State, Wayne State, and Augustana.

PBR: Have you taken any visits? Do you have any scheduled in the near future?
OCH: I haven’t had any visits yet; but I’m planning to visit St. Cloud, Mankato, Wayne State, and Santa Clara in the upcoming month.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)
OCH: I’m looking for a school with a good academic program and that can accompany the major I want to pursue which currently is physical therapy. I also want to find a school that has a baseball program that I could fit in with easily with a family-like feel to it.

PBR: What were some of the highlights of your junior year?
OCH: Earning a starting spot last spring for a team was a huge accomplishment on its own, but along with that, I was honorable mention all conference and was named to the all section team.

PBR: What are your goals for this year?
OCH: One of my main goals is to improve on my location which has been my main focus recently. I also want to put on some more weight and veto to help better myself as a pitcher. Another goal I have is to be a leader on and off the field for the rest of my team and hopefully make it back to state.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
OCH: As a kid I played baseball and basketball. But after freshman year I dropped basketball so I could focus more on baseball which has always been a huge part of me.

PBR: GPA/ACT/SAT?
OCH: I have a 3.5 GPA and a 25 on my ACT and I am planning to retake it again this October.
