Class 5

#1 Liberty North 3, North Kansas City 0
Conner Simpson threw a complete game shutout. He scattered five hits over seven innings while striking out six. Simpson was also 1-for-2 at the plate with one RBI. Brian Sharp went 1-for-3 with a double, stolen base, and a run scored. Brady Kaplan went 1-for-2 with a walk.

#2 Lee's Summit West 8, Belton 4
Monte Harrison hits two doubles and a home run and Logan Geha goes 3-for-4 with a triple with two runs scored in the win for Lee's Summit West.

#3 Liberty 3, Fort Osage 0
Ross Juliana tossed a complete game shutout. He allowed only two hits over seven innings while striking out six. Tyler Murphy went six innings allowing seven hits and striking out four in a losing effort. Hayden Baumgartner went 2-for-2 with a walk for Fort Osage. Brady Newland went 1-for-3 with a double and a run scored. Craig Straws went 1-for-2 with a stolen base, one RBI, and a run scored.

Francis Howell 7, Holt 4
Tanner Kulpa and Braydon Cook combined to give up only two earned runs while striking out eight. Austin Bennett tossed 6 2/3 innings in a losing effort, while striking out five. Justin Perkins went 1-for-2 with a walk, stolen base, and three runs scored. Eli Dilday went 1-for-2 with two walks and three runs scored. Nic Perkins was 2-for-4 with one RBI. Brendan Trimble went 1-for-3 with a run scored and three RBI.

Raymore Peculiar 13, Rockhurst 2
Kyle Wilson tossed a complete five-inning game, allowing only two hits while striking out seven. Blake Skeed went 2-for-3 with a double, walk, a run scored, and five RBI. Chase Graf went 2-for-3 with two runs scored. Evan Rathburn went 1-for-4 with a stolen base, three RBI, and a run scored. Tyler Hobbs went 1-for-2 with two walks, two RBI, and three runs scored. Sam Goodwin homered for Rockhurst.

Fort Zumwalt North 12, Fort Zumwalt West 2
Steve Kemp tossed a complete game allowing only one earned run while striking out five. Matt Vehige went 2-for-4 with a homerun, a triple, three RBI, and three runs scored. Nathan Owens went 3-for-4 with one RBI and a run scored. Danny Biggs went 2-for-4 with a triple, one RBI, and a run scored. Logan Anderson was 1-for-2 with a sacrifice RBI.

Hillcrest 3, Lebanon 0
Isaac Norsic thorws a complete game, five-hit shut-out to help Hillcrest advance. 

Blue Springs South 16, Truman 3
Austin Simms threw five innings allowing two earned runs while striking out five. Reece Eddins went 2-for-4 with a double and a homerun. Jacob Clark also homered. He went  2-for-3 with five RBI and two runs scored.

Logan Wiley throws  a complete game shut to earn the win.

Rock Bridge 12, Helias 11
Rock Bridge scores nine runs in the bottom of the first and holds on to win.  Rock Bridge advances to championship
