Built like a fullback at 6 feet, 190 pounds, Benninghoff packs a punch and he showed that at the 2012 Midwest Future Games. He set a record with his 92-mph throw from the outfield and played at maximum effort the whole weekend. He is very athletic and doesn’t get cheated in the box.
