OUTLOOK:

The Hawklets have a ton of depth in their program. They return 5 starting position players and 2 pitchers that had 15-innings or more in 2013. Rockhurst will be led by a strong group of seniors including Jack Benninghoff (Committed-Arkansas), Sam Goodwin (Committed-Cowley County), Jack Mercer (Committed-Pittsburgh State), Vince Saladino (Committed-Lindenwood), and Trey Vickers (Committed-Wichita State). Coach DeGraw also expects big production from sophomore Tyler Benninghoff. As is the case in most years, Rockhurst has talent throughout their program. Look for the Hawklets to challenge for a State Championship in 2014.
