With the 2017 spring season right around the corner, PBR New England is eagerly anticipating bringing the New England states the best high school coverage throughout the region.

Starting in Late-January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2017 CONNECTICUT SPRING TEAM PREVIEW: Manchester

Team Name: Manchester
Head Coach: Marc DiDominzio
Division: 12-9
2016 Record: LL
Conference Record: CCC North 12-8
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 5/2

2017 Team Strengths:

Pitching Depth and Defense

2017 Team Weaknesses:

Scoring runs

Coach Outlook: "We will have a lot of depth pitching wise but have to replace some key lost bats."

PBR Outlook: Manchester has a big time arm in Dylan Benton, should put the the team in position to win every time he steps on the mound. Justin Fox, should hit in the middle of the lineup, help behind the plate and log some innings off the mound. Justin Miller is athletic, swings the bat, should provide some extra base hits for the lineup. Manchester has solid pitching and defense, look for them to compete in the CCC North.
