With the 2017 spring season right around the corner, PBR New England is eagerly anticipating bringing the New England states the best high school coverage throughout the region.

Starting in Late-January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2017 CONNECTICUT SPRING TEAM PREVIEW: Norwalk

Team Name: Norwalk
Head Coach: PeteTucci
Division: LL
2016 Record: 13-10
Conference Record: FCIAC 11-5
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 5/2

2017 Team Strengths:

Hitting and Defense

2017 Team Weaknesses:

Pitching

Coach Outlook: "We have a very good lineup coming up. A few new pitchers coming up so don't know what the outcome will be."

PBR Outlook: Norwalk has a long tradition of winning games and competing at a high level. Eddie McCabe is a chalk player, super athletic, can beat you multiple ways. Reid Singewald can really swing the bat from the left side, performs well when the game is on the line and Marco Monterio can control the running game from behind the dish, has juice in his hands. Norwalk is very strong up the middle, Coach Tucci for sure will have these guys ready to play.
