Futures Preview (6/4/16)
Petrosino is a physically built 5-foot-9 155-pound middle infielder. Ran a 7.03 60 yard dash and had anExit Velocity of 87, which was good for top three in the whole event.  Took one of the more impressive batting practices, peppering the gaps with line drives. Stands in the box with feet close together and slightly opened. Uses a short stride and vicious hip torque for power. Stance is overall very quiet, but controlled and balanced. Hands and hips explode through the ball. Had one of the better days at bat during the simulated game, doubling twice to deep left center field. Fielding-  Athletic in the field, Petrosino can play 2B, SS, or 3B. Soft hands and clean, quick exhange, Petrosino throws to first were clocked at 78 MPH. Varies between low-3/4 and 3/4 arm slots. Occasionally throws tail to the arm-side because of arm slot. Throws had carry.
