Wilkinson has a very athletic body, 5-foot-9, 165-pounds with next-level projection. He uses above average actions in the outfield, stays behind the ball, controlled, clean transfer. He uses an over-the-top slot with 80 mph arm strength. Corner outfield projection. At the plate his approach wide with some bend in his knees, hands relaxed. On the pitch he loads back, knee lift, hands power inside the ball, barrel stays in the strike zone, great extension, high finish. Highly athletic pure swing from the left-side. Exit velocity 83 mph with more in the tank. Next-level player.

Analysis
With Wilkinson there's a lot to like while watching him now at two events this year. Athletic kid with extreme desire to get better. Balanced, smooth swing from the left-side, middle-of-the-order type of bat, with some gap to gap signs. Arm is strong from the outfield (80mph) but look for him to continue to add on more strength. He's shorter at 5-foot-9, but built very athletic and strong, giving me the belief that his talents are still developing. Next-level without a doubt, fun player to watch Feb. 15th at our All-State Preseason Event at Oswego State's Romney Fieldhouse.
