At the plate his approach is wide with his weight shifted back, hands low. He uses a no stride technique and a back load on the pitch, drives his hands to the ball with a pure, balanced swing from the left side. His bat path is level through the zone, some extension after contact with a shoulder height finish, exit velocity was 82 mph and he ran a 4.3 home to first time. From the infield he gets around the ball with smooth hands and a quick release. He throws from a high 3/4 slot at 80 mph across the diamond. Very projectable next-level defender with above average arm and quickness. We are excited to have him on full display Feb. 15th at our Preseason All-State event.
