2016 Spring Team Preview: Ashland Arrows

Team Name: Ashland Arrows
Head Coach: Rob Lavengood
Division: I
2015 Record: 12-12
Conference Record: Ohio Cardinal Conference, 7-7
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 5/2

2016 Team Strengths:

  • Two solid pitchers for league games
  • We will be athletic and fast
  • Attitude and work ethic

2016 Team Weaknesses:

  • Inexperienced
  • Good pitching depth

Coach Outlook: "We have two solid pitchers at the top of our rotation, Logan Brewer and Hunter Krebs. We have to replace most of our infield. I like most of our guys moving up from JV though. We will be athletic but inexperienced. "

PBR Outlook: A young, inexperienced but very athletic group for coach Lavengood and the Arrows in 2016. To go along with the athleticism and youthfulness, the Arrows have two solid arms which will put Ashland in any game.
