With the 2016 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state.

Starting February 1st, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2016 Spring Team Preview: Louisville Leopards

Team Name: Louisville Leopards

Conference Record: Northeastern Buckeye League, 10-4

2016 Team Weaknesses:

• No major team weaknesses to report

Coach Outlook: The 2016 Leopards bring back several players from a team that won 17 games despite a 1-5 start. This year’s squad should be in contention for the NBC title and will have the opportunity to make a push out of the Canton D1 District.

• Tyler Adams, 2B/SS, 2017, 6'0" 176, R/R, started as a sophomore, leadoff hitter, Honorable Mention All League as a sophomore, runs a 6.9 60-yard dash, first team All-Ohio wide receiver as a junior, .408 BA, 40 H, 11 2B, 5 3B, 30 R, 12 SB
• Jake Adams, RHP/1B/OF, 2016, 6'1" 185, three year starter in baseball, second team All League pitcher as a junior, first team All-Ohio quarterback, .318 BA, 7 2B, 21 RBI, 5-0 record, 3.10 ERA
