2017 Spring Team Preview: Coldwater Cavaliers

Team Name: Coldwater
Head Coach: Brian Harlamert, 417-123
Division: III
2016 Record: 25-4
Conference Record: Midwest Athletic Conference, 8-1 (co-champs)
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 3/1

2017 Team Strengths:

  • Athletic bunch with good speed.
  • Knowledgeable crew that is willing to work and learn.

2017 Team Weaknesses:

  • Experience.
  • Overall strength.

Coach Outlook: "We are looking to reload after losing 84% of our pitching and the majority of our offensive production. We are excited to see what this year has in store with some athletic baseball-minded kids who have worked extremely hard in the offseason."

PBR Outlook: A perennial power in Division III, the Coldwater Cavaliers and head coach Brian Harlamert will look to replace a majority of their 2016 team who had an impressive 25-4 record. Despite the fact that the Cavaliers will be replacing numerous starters, look for them to be competitive all season with them becoming a strong squad come tournament time.
