With the 2017 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state.
Starting in Mid-January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2017 Spring Team Preview: Richmond Edison Wildcats
Team Name: Richmond Edison

Conference Record: OVAC/Buckeye

Coach Outlook: "Our GOAL this year is to reestablish our ability to stay in the moment on a daily basis despite the environment. We expect to be fundamentally sound in all areas as well as disciplined/aggressive in our approach to situations. Leadership is something that all elite teams have and we expect our upperclassman to lead by example so that we may reach our full potential. As always pitching and defense are a priority along with timely, situational hitting."
PBR Outlook: After a 14-11 campaign a year ago, coach Collopy and the Wildcats look to reestablish their power in their part of the state. Look for the Wildcats to win more games in 2017 and be one to watch come tournament time.
