2017 Spring Team Preview: Tecumseh Arrows

Team Name: Tecumseh
Head Coach: Chad Hale
Division: I
2016 Record: 12-16
Conference Record: CBC Kenton Trail, 7-9
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 5/2

2017 Team Strengths:

  • Overall Team Unity.
  • Mix of old and young talent.

2017 Team Weaknesses:

  • Unknown of some of players that are to be counted on.

Coach Outlook: "At the end of a rebuild. 5-21 two years ago, 12-16 last year with a win over state ranked Vandalia Butler (4-3) in sectionals and a 2-1 lost in sectional finals to Northmont. Have a four-year starter back in Hunter Hensley who will be #1 on the mound and a tremendous power hitter. Look for senior Reid Hale and Junior Nick Yeary to be other starting pitchers. Have a very strong sophomore class led by returning All CBC first teamer as a freshman Blais Hale."

PBR Outlook: After an impressive win in the tournament last year and some more seasoning for the Arrows and head coach Chad Hale, could Tecumseh be a dark horse team in 2017?
