PBR: Why did you choose Ball State?

Peltier: I chose Ball State because my relationship with Coach Maloney was strong right from the beginning and he believes that I can be an important player in his future program. He has also built a program that competes for MAC championships every single year. Also, their facilities are really nice and I loved the campus.

PBR: What other schools were you considering?

Peltier: I was also considering Dayton

PBR: How does it feel to be a part of the Cardinal family?

Peltier: It feels awesome, I can't wait.

PBR: Now that you have your commitment out of the way, what are your goals individually as you prepare for your senior season?

Peltier: My goals are to continue to get stronger and become an all-around better player. Also, win a state championship after falling just short last season.

PBR: How does it feel to be a part of a Division 1 baseball program?

Peltier: It’s a dream come true. All the hard work has paid off and I've had a lot of people believing in me all along.

PBR: Who do you play for in the summer and what was the most memorable experience from this summer?

Peltier: I played for the Dayton Sluggers 18U this summer. My most memorable experience was just getting to be with the guys every weekend. It was a lot of fun.
