PBR Spotlight Game: #2 Defiance vs Bowling Green

Defiance – The Bulldogs of Defiance picked up a nice 5-2 victory over Bowling Green (7-3). The second ranked team in Division II used their pitching depth and solid hitting 1-9 to pickup the non-league win.

Unsigned senior Jimmy Bauer followed up with an RBI single up the middle to score Sierra.

After unsigned senior Tyler Weaver was hit by a pitch, fellow unsigned senior Gage Corday blasted a long fly that ended up being a sacrifice fly, scoring Frederick. Junior second baseman drove in the third run of the game with a single to right, scoring Bauer and putting the Bulldogs on top 3-0.
