Feltner made a jump last summer that everyone was expecting. The 6-foot-3, 175-pounder sped up his delivery, which helped to increase his arm speed. His fastball now sits in the high 80s and regularly touches 90 mph. He shows a three-pitch mix with a sharper breaking ball now and a solid changeup with good arm speed and sink.
