PBR's District XII Player of the Year is Bonner-Prendergast's Jim Haley.  PBR pegged Penn State-bound Haley as the top position player in the area coming into the season, and he certainly did not disappoint, posting a .459 AVG, 14 XBH, 26 RBI and 10 SB.

Haley's efforts led the Friars to a 12-0 regular-season in the Philadelphia Public League's Blue Division, an appearance in the PIAA state tournament, and a top ten finish in PBR's class AAA rankings.  Haley was selected 1st-team all-Catholic as a junior and senior by the league's coaches, while adding MVP honors his final year as well.  Prior to reclassifying to AAA this spring, Haley also helped Bonner win the 2011 Catholic Red title and represent District XII in the AAAA state tournament.
