District 3 Player of the Year: SS Bryan Haberstroh

HaberstrohPBR's District III Player of the Year is Lancaster Catholic's Bryan Haberstroh. The NJIT-bound shortstop hit .450 with 36 R, 31 RBI, a .526 OBP and .900 SLG. There were only four games all season in which Haberstroh did not score a run and only two in which he did not record a hit. He reached base safely in all 24 of LC's contests, while a whopping 20 of his 36 hits went for extra bases.

Haberstroh was named to the Lancaster-Lebanon all-League team for his efforts in anchoring a Crusaders squad that went 20-4 on its way to capturing the L-L Section 4 title and L-L tournament championship.
