Sam LazowskiIt's not often that a game that goes just four innings and ends in a 17-0 victory gets labeled "Game of the Day". However, based on what right-handed pitcher Sam Lazowski is doing and how he and his teammates are playing to date, the title is appropriate.

The Indians are off to a 7-1 start with their lone loss being a one run (3-2) loss to Eastern Lebanon. Donegal has outscored opponents 61-11 and have compiled a team ERA of 0.73. The offense has been pretty solid also combining for a .318 batting average and a combined .414 on base percentage.

On Friday, Sam Lazowski (3 IP) and Ethan Hess (1 IP) combined on a four-inning no-hitter to lead the Indians in a 17-0 romp over Lebanon Catholic. The pair tossed 69 pitches in the gem and allowed just three batters to reach via walks on the evening.

Lazowski, ranked No. 203 in the PA Class of 2015 and still uncommitted, is off to a torrid start to his senior campaign. The 6-foot-5, 205-pound RHP/1B is 5-0 on the hill with a miniscule 0.27 ERA. Lazowski has tossed 26 innings allowing just 13 hits while striking out 26 against just four walks. The left-handed hitter has also led the offensive attack for the Indians hitting .458 with nine RBI and a .536 on base percentage.
