Connor Higgins is a 6-foot-3, 200-pound LHP from Parkland HS. Higgins showed well at two separate PBR events this past winter sitting 83-86 mph with what appeared to be much more in the tank. A quarterback on the football field, Higgins went 2-0 with two saves and a 0.36 ERA this spring for the Trojans who were ranked No. 1 in the PBR Class 4A state rankings at several points during the season.

Higgins appeared in seven games, working a total of 19.2 innings. He held opposing hitters to a .111 batting average while registering 21 strikeouts. The lefty also commands a 72 mph curveball and an 80 mph changeup.
